PTFE-based low-friction rotary seals

For instance, France Joint has developed specific rotary seals intended for sealing crankshafts, in which the sealing lips are optimised to considerably reduce friction. Composed of a PTFE sealing lip, the low-friction rotary seals can be provided as cassette seals or more conventional shaft seals.
